This is a great idea for those of us who like to entertain at home. The cookbook provides the authentic flavours and the music provides the atmosphere. The cookbook was well laid out and easy to follow, and with the CD playing in the background Im sure my cooking was better than usual. We rounded off the evening on the patio with candles and jazz. We could have been in Paris!
